Julie Bowers – IBM (audio clip) They need to look at more than salary; I think they should look at the opportunities within the company. If you are able to move around and do different things that is something to evaluate when you are looking at your job offers that you have. You know the salary, the benefits, the other options you have. You know as a women, if down the road you want to have children, what kind of options does the company have for that – some companies have daycare. And it is probably not something you think about right when you graduate from college, but maybe in a few years those things are going to be very important to you.
