How should a ballot vote be collected by the tellers [vote counters]?
1. Members can come to the front and drop their ballots in a ballot box under the charge of two tellers [vote counters] OR 2. Tellers [vote counters] can pass a receptacle to collect the ballots – one teller [vote counter] collecting the ballots, the other following to make sure that each member casts one ballot OR 3. Members can hand their ballots to a teller [vote counter] who feels to see that only one ballot is cast; then the teller [vote counter] deposits the ballots in a container.
