How sensitive is the movement detection system on the GPS Cube GPS datalogger ?
The GPS Cube can be set to detect movement of 50mG without any appreciable degree of false triggering. This equates to a vehicle accelerating to about 1.7 Km/h (or around one mile per hour) over a one second period. As angle changes of less than five degrees will also be detected this makes it extremely hard for a vehicle to be moved without detection.
