How Selective Is The Riverside Community College?
It is possible for those outside Riverside, to look upon Riverside Community College, as being selective. However, the fact is this two year college is the result of parents, business and school districts working together. These people were all concerned because so many high school graduates were not attending college. Working together to change this situation, they succeeded in opening a two year college in Riverside in 2004, now there are three campuses. The educational climate of Riverside has changed, and thousands of hign school graduates are now attending Riverside Community College at one of three campuses. This Spring through updated technology, Riverside has in place what is called Hybrid courses, CD and television courses. Businesses and individuals have and continue to donate, time and money for those desiring a college degree to get recieve the degree. Riverside has an accredited Nursing program, and all the exciting activities, which go to create a college family on campus
