How secure is the villa?
There are smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher fitted in accordance with Florida State law. We have also installed Carbon Monoxide detectors for additional safety. There is a safety screen across the deck to fence off the pool. We inform guests never to leave children unattended in the villa especially around the pool area. Children are not allowed to use the pool unless there is adult supervision. Use of the pool is at guests own risk and diving is strictly forbidden. Plastic crockery is provided for outdoor dining.
