Avexa understands that privacy is important to you. Avexa and Computershare are subject to the requirements of the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Privacy Act), which governs, among other things, how organisations handle personal information. Personal information such as your name, address and details of the shares you hold, but not your banking instructions or SRN/HIN, are included on a public register as required under Chapter 2C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). This personal information may be disclosed to certain people or organisations outside Avexa including Avexa’s contractors (such as Computershare), brokers, printing companies, market researchers, and to the Australian Taxation Office, law enforcement agencies and others as required by law.
