The Liquid HR System uses 128bit “Session key” encryption and 1024bit “Public/Private Key” SSL technology to protect your data. Encryption is a method of scrambling messages that travel over the Internet so that others cannot read them. 128-bit encryption is the strongest encryption currently used commercially to protect sensitive information and ensure that even if it is intercepted it remains private and confidential. Off-line, your information is kept securely in our databases and offices. We only allow certain employees and access to your information, and then only if they need it for a specific authorised task. The computers on which we store your information are kept in a secure environment and regularly backed-up to prevent loss.
