Consider this: your team is connected to The Message Center network via RPC over HTTPS (using Outlook) or HTTPS (using OWA) which means that your connection is as secure as the connection that you use for online banking. The sent email (from your employee) is quarantined to a secure server and a link to the message is sent to the intended recipient. When the recipient clicks on the link, the message is viewed in a web browser over a SSL connection. This means that your message never leaves the network in clear text!
