How secure is my booking with Aldi Travel?

As well as being ABTA bonded, all bookings through Aldi Travel are protected by a new insurance product called Supplier Failure Cover. It means if the supplier of any aspects of your holiday delays your departure, cancels, or goes into liquidation your costs of replacing those aspects are covered. With most other schemes you are only protected up to the price you originally paid, and so if an airline collapsed and you had to book alternative flights at a higher price, you would have to pay the difference. With Supplier Failure Cover (SFC) this cost is covered.
