Business OnLine Access uses several methods to ensure that your information is secure. • User Name and Password: your user name and password are unique identifiers that only you know. As long as you don’t share your user name and password with anyone, no one can access Business OnLine Access except you. For your protection, when you log in the first time, you’ll be prompted to change your user password. You will also be requested to submit three security questions with answers. All three of the security questions must be filled in. The valid responses for each question are also required. Be sure to record your passwords and keep them in a safe place.
