Each SCN member must nominate his representatives, of which one should be a board member representing the company in the Symbiosa Alliance (the signatory). In particular, the signatory takes part in any voting procedures (referenda) such as accepting new members or de-listing members on ethical grounds. He is also the main contact for starting the benchmarking assessment, the recipient of communications with the Symbiosa Alliance, or a participant at regular events organized by Symbiosa Alliance company.
