How safe are the vans and buses used by Moustafa Egypt Tours?
You can be assured that your safety and security is our utmost concern and priority. We at Moustafa Egypt Tours choose brand new late year models of vans and buses to avoid mechanical problems on the road. Any time we have more than 10 vehicles on the road we have a standby van ready to move in to take the place of any disabled vehicle. Every time we have more than 8 clients in a van or bus, we usually will have an armed policeman in the van from the start of the tour until the end. Security is provided to our tours by the Egyptian Police Authorities at the same level of security as given to cruise ship tours. No special treatment is provided to other operators beyond our own. All our drivers are licensed by the Ministry of Tourism. Every year, each driver has to attend safety courses and pass a national examination to renew their license.
