How safe are Bubble Banks?

Recent Toy Legislation now requires that all toys comply with the CPSIA of 2008 regulations concerning lead content and plastics composition. We dont mess around with safety. ALL Bubble Banks are 96% safer than the 2012 standards deemed safe for toy products. Technically we cannot recommend our banks for use by children under 3 years old because the coins that must be used could be a choking hazard. However, our banks are incredibly safe overall and we use only non-toxic paints, formaldehyde-free wood, bullet proof type plastic for our bubbles, and high impact plastic eyes. All banks are made and assembled in the USA. If you can find a safer toy, please let us know so we can add it to our product line!
