XTM Cloud is hosted on servers located in a state of the art facility at one of the largest international Internet hosting company in Europe. Through them we can guarantee a network availability of 99% for the infrastructure of their computer centre. The centre has the following features: Internet Connection Robust connectivity due to multiple redundant upstreams: Power Supply AC: 230V, 16A Uninterrupted power supply (UPS) Battery mode: approx. 15 minutes Diesel power generator Climate Control Under-floor air conditioning with monitoring of ambient air and server/distribution cabinets temperatures Fire Protection Modern fire early warning system with direct connection to the local fire station Security Special door locking system 24/7 camera monitoring of entrances and server rooms Data Backup All XTM data is backed up daily to a separate server and stored for 7 days.
