It depends. The purpose of Aptigi Properties is to invest in real-estate for profit. The primary thing to note is that Aptigi Properties has never lost money for a client. That said, losses are always a possibility. To protect our investors (and ourselves) as much as possible, we use “risk dependent allocation” for our clients. Here is how it works: With Aptigi Properties as the manager, investors pool their money together to build new houses, fix-up old houses, or manage rental properties.
