How Repairing Samsung Hard Disc Drive ?
Unless there is extremely valuable data on a hard disk it is not worth repairing them. A new hard disk probably costs less than having someone just estimating the repair cost of the old drive. From your description it sounds as if your drive still has some life in it, if you can extract all the data you want from it you just need to find a friend who has the confidence to swap in a new drive.
