How reliable is the VoIP Phone System?

0

The current network between the BESC and each school or site is very reliable and is rarely down. When it is down, it’s usually down for a very short period of time. During this time, calling within the school is still functioning. Calls to the outside will still work, however they will be limited to 2 – 4 users at a time. Also keep in mind, every front office has a RED phone that is hard wired and is not included in the phone system. Security and the Superintendent’s Office have been given this number and in case of an emergency, they can contact you on this phone. Please do not use this phone as an “Extra Phone” or as a phone for kids to call out on. This phone is for emergencies only and must remain plugged in at all times.
