How reliable is the Lingo/TalkBroadband service?
| top Whilst the Lingo/TalkBroadband service is a very reliable service, it is subject to a number of external factors, which are beyond our control, and therefore we cannot absolutely assure our customers that it will be available unconditionally. For example, Lingo/TalkBroadband is dependent on your electricity supply, your broadband Internet connection, other carriers, and the Internet in general. Therefore Lingo/TalkBroadband is not recommended as a replacement for your standard fixed line telephone service, and so it is highly recommended that you retain your standard fixed line service.
