We make sure that our site and our clients’ are always available 99.9 percent of the time. There are times that we may make our service temporarily unavailable while we add new features or perform routine maintenance, however, we plan these down times during off-peak hours. Our service guarantee states that if we don’t keep your site up and running (except for scheduled maintenance and outages beyond our control), we’ll credit your account a portion of your monthly fees.
