How reliable are toktumis call connections?
toktumi calls are very reliable and your calls will always be answered, even if your PC is off, your Internet goes down, or your power goes off, in which case your calls will be forwarded to another phone or to voicemail at our secure telecom center, depending on the setting you have selected in the “settings” menu of the toktumi software. toktumi’s software adjusts to changing bandwidth conditions to ensure that call connections are maintained, even when bandwidth drops down to dial up speeds. That said, toktumi requires a broadband connecting (DSL, cable modem, or similar) to work properly – it should not be used over dial-up connections.
