How reliable are AGM batteries?
• AGM batteries are generally fairly reliable. However all batteries do require maintenance of some sort, and all batteries should be regularly inspected. AGM batteries are probably a better choice for the F650 since it can be a pain to check the levels of your battery every week. They have also been tested and used in many applications for many years now. So yes, AGM batteries are reliable – but remember it still needs maintenance. And a quality battery tender is a good idea.
