A. Depending on the amout of traffic on the floors will determine how frequently they need maintenance. In a residence, with the corrcet combination of selaers, your floors may need resealing and rebuffing every 5-10 years. In a buiseness environment we recommend the floors be resealed and rebuffed every 12 months do to the high traffic. This is done by us at a minimal cost.
