How recent is the participant data in the MarketPay surveys? Is some of it out of date?
All participants’ data are kept in the database for a maximum of one year and then purged. This ensures that you are always looking at recent, relevant information. As mentioned above, even though all the pay information in our database is less than one year old, all data are “aged” forward to a common effective data to adjust for the gradual movement of wages and salaries in the market.
