How realistic is “Pat” Moritas fighting in Karate Kid?
no pat had no training but he did not need it as he had a great supply of young stunt men to beat upon I take the most issue with the length of the fight scenes way too long but still that was not the focus of those movies you w will note a large amount of talking and simple acting in between those sequences and that is why he was cast well that and he was Hollywood’s go to elderly Asian man tldr no not that realistic pat was an actor not a stunt man
