How realistic is it for me to complete the Masters program while employed full-time?
It is very realistic. Almost all of our graduate students are working adults. Our students find that they can fullfil the requirements of the program if they develop good time-management skills and effective work habits. You may wish to take only one or two courses per quarter, especially if your job demands are intense. You are free to continually fine-tune this balance as you decide your academic workload each quarter.
