There is only one place to obtain as a drop. Rhe IDS (Icy Dragon Sword) is sometimes dropped by the Ice Imps at the cave at the far end of Mineral Springs. There is no outpost connected to Mineral Springs, so to farm for this sword you have to go to the Granite Citadel, exit into the Frozen Forest, and make your way to Mineral Springs, make your way through the entire length of Mineral Springs to the far end where the cave is, and there are fewer than 30 Imps I think, so if none of the Imps drop one (I have gone here numerous times and have never gotten one), then you have to rezone and try again. The foes you have to fight to get there are of all professions, mainly Avicara. Another way is getting it from a Gift of the Traveler.
