How rapidly do bedbugs spread through apartments?
It depends on who’s in that apartment, what they do about the problem, etc. It also depends on where they walk, thus leaving some sort of trail of bedbugs as they go. Eventually they might spread, as per your fear. Sorry I’m no specialist in pest management. What you could do is to constantly clean your apartment (hard floors with mr clean and other cleansers, rug with vacuum cleaner), beware of what you do with your laundry and/or shoes, and constantly be on the lookout for any infestations in your own apartment.
