How quickly will the Thesis be delivered?
If the thesis is available electronically then the supply will be immediate. Where there is more uncertainty is when digitisation is required as supply is dependant on institutions retrieving the item from the shelves and sending it to the British Library. The integrated nature of EThOS means that you will be kept informed throughout the ordering process to keep track of your request. Institutions are committed to a fast response. Once available electronically you will be emailed immediately. If you have requested an additional service (such as a printed copy) there are turnaround times outlined depending on whether the item is already on EThOS or is still to be digitised. The turnaround times are much quicker than the current British Thesis Service offers.
