How quickly will my order be despatched?
For orders placed in the UK: We cannot guarantee delivery dates however we do promise to process all orders in strict rotation. Please bear in mind that September to November is a particularly busy period so please allow extra time when ordering. During this period it may take up to 10 working days (ie excluding Saturday and Sunday) for you to receive your order. We send orders to UK addresses by first class post. If your order is particularly urgent, please contact us directly for ‘special delivery’ options. For orders placed in Australia and New Zealand: We will process your order as swiftly as possible. Our standard service is via post however small orders can be shipped express upon your request at an additional charge.
