How quickly does the BAS Programme operate?
One of the BAS Programmes operational objectives is speed in delivery. We usually make a decision as to whether to support a project within one week of receiving an application from a potential client enterprise, and the average time from our first meeting with an enterprise to signing a project contract is 5 weeks. • What support does the BAS Programme provide to an enterprise wishing to undertake a consulting project? BAS support is made up of 3 elements: (1) a grant that covers 50% of the cost of the consulting project, (2) assistance in setting up the project and (3) project monitoring and evaluation.
