We pride ourselves on quick turnaround of your rents and statements. We generally process the rents and statements 8 to 12 days after receipt of the rent. Our multiple property owners can expect that we will process their rents no later than the 12th of each month. Florida law requires that we not disburse funds until we know that they have cleared the Bank.
