How quickly do you have to receive narcan to survive a heroin overdose?
I’ve survived an accidental morphine overdose after my 2nd spinal operation (caused by a hospital nurse screwup) in which Narcan was used to revive me after I had gone into Respiratory Arrest. I cannot describe accurately how much pain was involved. The closest analogy I can make is to think about waking up in the middle of open heart surgery without the benefit of painkillers or anesthesia, and also knowing you couldn’t get anything for 2 hours. You get the idea.
