We believe that two of our competitive advantages are prompt decision-making and the ability to close in a short time frame to meet the requirements of sellers. Therefore, we can move quickly to complete a transaction review and usually close on an all-cash basis. Since we are very familiar with the markets within which we operate, we do not need to condition our acquisition decisions on market research.
