How quickly can TechBest send someone to my home or office to address my needs and problems or does TechsBest have a retail location?
We can generally accommodate most scheduling needs. If we do not have an immediate opening available in our schedule, we will still be able to address your needs generally within one business days. If your need is of an urgent nature, we do have after hours services available (view after hours rates) when necessary. Since the nature of our business is consulting and service based, we do not have a retail location. We conduct our business on-site at your home or business for your convenience. We apologize if this is not convenient for you. If you require a service partner that does have a retail location, we understand that you must accommodate your specific needs. We only hope that you find a service partner that has your best interests as their main focus, as we do with our customers.
