How quickly can roles be added, changed or removed once requests are submitted?
GRC Access Control is the user provisioning system that is used for adding/changing/removing user’s access in FMMI. Once a user submits the request, the request is automatically routed to the different approval stages (sequentially). After the last approval stage, the user will be assigned the requested roles (approved) in FMMI immediately by the system. Role assignment time directly depends on the time taken by the Agency Security Administrators for approving roles after checking for Segregation of Duties conflicts.
