How quickly can I start using iVirtuAssist services?
First, you must register for access to the iVirtuAssist portal. Once access is established, with a username and password, clients can then log on to submit a Work Order to generate a request for service and obtain service fee payment instructions. Once the service fee payment is received, work starts immediately until the pre-established deadline, when all deliverables are due. Registration processing typically takes 24-hours before clients can expect to receive access, excluding Holidays.
