Usually depending on your situation and the difficulty of your case, I prepare your case and file it within a matter of a few weeks of your initial consultation. In cases where a person’s wages are being garnished, I will file the case the same week. How quickly the case gets filed also depends on you. All documents required must be supplied to my office and all Court and attorney fees required must be paid before the filing. My office generally files cases every week.
