How quickly can I evaluate structures with QikProp?
Since version 2.0, QikProp has had a Fast Processing Mode that enables predictions of up to 300,000 compounds per hour on a 2 GHz Pentium processor. This mode bypasses the PM3 single-point calculation and thus does not report the dipole moment, ionization potential, or electron affinity descriptors. QikProp’s default Normal Mode can still process up to 20,000 structures per hour.
