How quickly can a cylinder travel at a certain operating pressure?
A single, universally valid answer to this question is not possible without further information. The maximum possible speed or maximum attainable travel time depends on application-specific parameters. Influencing factors include e.g. the cylinder size, the cylinder stroke, the end-position cushioning, the mounting position, any loads being moved and additional external forces, as well as the activation of the cylinder (valves and tubing). In order to determine the maximum attainable travel time, you have the option of carrying out your own simulations.
