How quickly are the credit monitoring alerts sent to me?

0

As changes occur to your credit file, at any of the 3 major credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion), alerts will be sent via U.S. mail on a weekly basis. If you do not recognize the alert or believe the alert is fraudulent you should call the Chase Fraud Detector customer service at 1-800-621-0361 for assistance reviewing the alert and identifying if the alert is fraudulent or not. If fraudulent you may request a copy of your credit report and a dedicated case manager will be assigned to you for assistance with recovering from an identity theft occurrence.
