However many customers place a holding deposit to secure an early-order discount or offer, for upto 6 months before delivery is required. We provide this facility to cater for customers waiting for house purchases or planning permission approval. If subject to planning permission approval and in the very unlikely event of planning permission being declined, holding deposits are fully refundable.
