Our profit growth objectives are attainable and built on sound strategies. VT Milcom’s resource base has grown to over 700 employees located nationwide and operates from a contractual base of over $800 million. We strongly feel that profit is a requirement, not a residual. It must be planned in advance and premiums placed on achievement. We believe that it is possible to grow a business profitably at an aggressive rate; however, a sustained and progressive growth rate enables management to more accurately chart the course of the corporation. Our marketing strategy is to expand our customer base by selectively targeting new commercial markets which enhance VT Milcom’s role as an Information Technology (IT) contractor. Selective expansion of our customer base strengthens our position in the industry and affords future potential for diversification. To us, the absence of progressive growth and profit has a negative reflection on the ability and imagination of management.
