How Physio-Plate causes the muscle twitch?
While standing on Physio-Plate the natural human body, equilibrium is disturbed by continuous induced changes. For this reason many muscles are activated in order to find the lost equilibrium. These changes are “recorded” by the muscle spindles that by the afferent nerves send a sign to the cerebral cortex that reacts causing a reflected twitch of the interested muscles.
