How physically difficult are the activities?
The activities are designed to provide a sense of challenge to all participants, but they can also be accomplished by people who have no previous experience, and with average physical fitness. You will be surprised at what you can accomplish when you have the support and encouragement of your team. Many overweight participants have joined our programs and even found it an inspiration to change their lifestyle! Our oldest participant on our activities was 75 years old, after his heart by-pass. If you have any medical concerns, please do consult your doctor and inform the instructor.
