You will also need to enter the 5 digit numeric zip code that you are using as your billing address for your newly opened Sprint wireless account. Upromise then sends the information to Sprint, who will verify that your new wireless phone number is valid. I already have an account with Sprint, can I register my wireless phone number to earn the $50 contribution? In order to be eligible for the contribution, you need to register your phone number with Upromise within 60 days of activating your account.
