The MGSi architecture is “wide” open. The basis for this is that you configure the workflows. The MGSi product is a Component Object Object (COM) based product. The exposed methods of the MGSi libraries can be used in external applications, if your license grants you this option. Sample applications are available. The data fields are defined by you using the MGSi Administrator Data Dictionary.
