Step 1: Open Photoshop application and insert or import the picture on which border is needed. Step 2: In order to make border around the whole picture go to menu and open the Select and click “Select All”. In order to make border around a specific area make use of the Selection tool in the toolbar and select the desired area. Step 3: From the Select menu go to Modify and then click Border.
