How on EARTH does someone ride for 24 hours?
[Back to Top] Believe it or not, many people do ride the entire 24 hours solo (with some or no rest), with most completing around 250-325 miles. The look of joy and accomplishment on these riders’ faces is truly something else. While dozens of riders complete the 24 hours solo, most people opt to join forces with their friends and families as a relay team. Some teams rotate riders according to a highly-structured plan, other teams rotate riders when they feel like it, and other teams are somewhere in between. Teams can have anywhere from 2 to 50 riders, and your team is free to carry out whatever plan fits you best.
