Two NRI college students found dead of a bullet wound SPANISH LAKE, St. Louis, Sep. 15, 2008 Soumya Tummala, 22, MS student in electrical engineering student at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s body was found about 8:30 a.m. Saturday in a car at Sunfish and North Lakes Park. Joggers called police after seeing a body slumped in a car. Vikram Kumar Tummala, 27, was found in the lake when his body surfaced about 11:45 a.m. Monday. It is believed that Soumya Tummala is related to Vikram Tummala but they were liveing different addresses in Maryville.
