How old should my child be to be able to play Little League baseball?
For Walicki Little League, a childs age on July 31 (of the year theyd like to play) should be: Ages 5-7: Co-ed Tee-ball Ages 6-8: Co-ed Baseball Minors A (6 yr. olds require one year of Tee-ball) Ages 7-9: Girls Softball Minors Ages 8-11: Co-ed Baseball Minors AA Ages 9-12: Co-ed Baseball Majors Ages 9-12: Girls Softball Majors Ages 13-15: Co-ed Baseball Juniors Ages 13-15: Girls Softball Juniors For Fagan Little League, any child who is 5 years old before August 1st (of the year theyd like to play) and who will not be 13 years old before August 1st is eligible. The three divisions are Tee-Ball, Farm and Majors.
